Armed Forces Health Longitudinal Technology Application (AHLTA)

Armed Forces Health Longitudinal Technology Application (AHLTA), is the U.S. military's electronic health record (EHR) system. It is used to generate, maintain, store and provide secure electronic access to comprehensive patient records. AHLTA is a 'next generation' system that further enhances the Composite Health Care System (CHCS) upon which it is built. Worldwide deployment of AHLTA 3.3 was completed in December 2010.
