Sustainable & Scalable Rural Primary Healthcare Delivery & Micro Insurance Program Delivered Through Handheld Device by Healthworkers

A sustainable and scalable healthcare delivery & microinsurance program done through 50 healthcare workers in a district of Maharashtra covering more than a lakh of population. The project delivers primary healthcare through community clinics managed by healthworkers using the handheld device with network of remote Doctors assistance for real time treatments, prescription, delivery of drugs and point of care testing and bringing healthcare to the village door steps.

As part of the progam we’ve health financing mechanism as a micro insurance program to cover primary care coverage for the village population and minmise their risk for routine treatments for malaria, fever, cold , cough, respiratory etc and eliminate the expenditures especially out of which 70% is transportation.
