VistA open source will ‘morph’ to VA-DOD joint EHR, VA CIO says
The joint electronic health record for the Veterans Affairs and Defense Departments will in effect be open source when it is complete, according to a senior VA official, who provided more details about how that will occur. Wyoming Offers Free EHR to Medcaid Providers
The Wyoming Department of Health, along with Medical Informatics Engineering (MIE), a web-based electronic health record (EHR) provider, has announced it is the first state to offer a free, fully certified EHR to any and all Medicaid providers in Wyoming.
